At el Cielito, we take great care to ensure your boutique goods arrive safely and promptly. Please read our shipping policy below.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer Standard (5-7 business days) and Expedited (2-3 business days) shipping options via trusted carriers.

Alcohol Shipping Restrictions

For orders containing el Cielito wine:

• Adult Signature Required: By law, all shipments containing alcohol require the signature of an adult (21 years of age or older) upon delivery.
• We cannot ship alcohol to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• If you are not available to sign for your package, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt delivery again. After three attempts, the package will be returned to us.

Fragile Goods (Ceramics)

Our artisan ceramics are carefully packaged with eco-friendly protective materials. Should an item arrive damaged, please see our Returns Policy for immediate assistance.
